SPYWARE AND MALWARE A QUICK OVERVIEW
Spyware / Malware are hostile applications that are usaully downloaded inadvertently from the Internet.  Spyware / Malware are especially difficult to deal with as they are introduced into a system with out the end users knowledge.  They can pose as legitimate programs, eg online system checkers, online system fixers etc.  Or they may come off the back of free music downloads, free screensavers, free online gaming etc...
